I became a Massage Therapist in 2003 after working in an office atmosphere for over 10 years.  Becoming a Massage Therapist changed my life and that is when I began my wellness journey.  I started eating healthier, meditating, practicing yoga, using natural cleaning products instead of harsh cleaners and I started looking for natural alternatives to keep my husband and I healthy.

In 2009 I was introduced to a new essential oil company while receiving a massage and I knew right away that there was something special about these oils.  I started using the oils on my clients right away and I noticed I was receiving many health benefits myself just from diffusing the oils and having my hands in them daily.

When my oldest son was only 3 years old we started educating ourselves and decided to start using the oils for him. We were thrilled when we saw before our very own eyes how well they worked!

I now have 3 children ages 9, 4, and 3 and they all love the oils. I love when they come to me and tell me they have an ailment and ask by name for the oil that makes them feel better. These oils have been such a blessing to our family.

Our family also loves to drink tea!  That is what brought me to Steeped TEA.  I love all of the selections that Steeped Tea offers that are kid friendly.  If you love tea, you will love Steeped TEA!  You will be amazed at all of the wonderful flavors that are available.

Another benefit for me is that my Steeped TEA and essential oil businesses allow me to work from home so I can spend as much time with my family as possible.  I LOVE these products so sharing them with others just comes natural to me!  I plan to use this blog to talk about, tea, essential oils, massage, relaxation techniques and prayer.  Please check back often and feel free to contact me anytime!
